The Tech Futures Lab team is genuinely passionate about learning, teaching and the future. We are a network of approachable, humble, supportive and open-minded people who look at the world from a different angle.
Working across a range of industries since coming home from a three year OE in her early twenties, Lisa started her own business off the back of an envelope at the age of 25 filling a niche for transport and corporate team building activities on Waiheke Island.
Since then she has worked in local government, advertising and media, the not-for-profit and tech sectors and the horticultural and design industries. Although diverse, the common themes have been a focus on establishing new services, transforming existing operations and identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance operations and capability.
Lisa has also spent the last 22 years raising two boys and, more recently, completing not one but two post-graduate degrees. One focused on advanced leadership practice and the other was our very own Masters of Applied Practice – Technological Futures. With diverse professional experience and hands-on understanding of our Master’s programme, Lisa has now joined us to support new candidates through our innovative degree experience.
Our friendly team is here to help.
