An experienced and innovative Learning and Development / Organisational Development professional currently working in tertiary education delivering varied initiatives relating to staff culture, behaviour and capability.

On a mission to shift L&D from the traditional expert-led model to an applied, co-created approach, supported by technology and with a focus on building the skills for self-directed, life-long learning.

First and foremost a problem-solver, she is at her happiest at the front end of a project (discovery, design and development phases) partnering with others to develop innovative learning solutions that work.

With a strong dollop of curiosity balanced with a healthy pragmatism, she is always looking for ways to combine my interests in human behaviour, teamwork, modern workplace learning design and practices and digital technology.
